A Moonta Bay man will appear in court after blowing over four times the legal limit on Sunday, 18 February.
Around 5:15pm. police located the 38-year-old seated in a vehicle on George Street in Moonta and submitted him to a breath test.
He returned a positive result of 0.210, and checks on his car revealed it was unregistered and uninsured.
