Residents in Quorn will be meeting and greeting their new doctor today with a sausage sizzle at the Quorn Arts Precinct.
Country and Outback Health have secured Dr Luhaka Kanda to join Dr Ganizani Mlawanda at the Quorn Medical Practice.
Flinders Ranges Mayor Ken Anderson has thanked Country and Outback Health for fighting to get doctors to the region.

“Only recently announcing the securing of a doctor for the Quorn area was great, but now to have secured a second doctor is absolutely amazing,” Mayor Anderson says.
Dr Kanda will start seeing local patients on Monday, 17 June.
